How do I return an item?
To return an item to BIOS within 30 days of receipt, please follow these simple steps:

If you do not have an account, you can still manage your order by logging in with the same email address used for the purchase, where you will find your order history. If necessary, you can also contact our customer service team, who will initiate the return for you.
- Returns Label: We will provide a pre-paid returns label for you to use, ensuring no cost is incurred on your part for shipping.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition and packaging. Attach the provided returns label to the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package back to us using the instructions provided with the returns label.
For unopened products, ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. If returning a defective product, please include a detailed description of the issue. Defective items are eligible for return if at least 80% full and reported within 30 days. Refunds are issued upon verification of the item's condition or defect.
